Spring is a time of transition, regeneration, and beauty. It is a time of grace; methodically and stylistically. Like the plants during Spring, we can regenerate our bodies while being patient, mindful, peaceful, and trusting of the process .
I have experienced many mental, emotional, and physical "springs". I experienced many symptoms of imbalance as a young child and my health only decreased with time. I never fully received the information or help that I desperately needed to improve my health. I decided not to give in to poor health. I wanted to feel good. I realized that I couldn't rely on others to save me. It is my responsibility to cultivate and maintain my health. I have searched for and gained knowledge of natural ways of healing the body. I have been able to use what I have learned over the past 10 years to improve my own health and help others to improve theirs.
